About Seven Shores
Seven Shores opened their doors in May of 2008. Seven Shores continually strive to source as much local food as possible, have a living wage policy for all employees, and support the local community by offering space, events and services. Their hope is to enrich
lives through each daily interaction. The Cafe offers wholesome, fresh, local food such as soups, salads, sandwiches, spring rolls, smoothies and organic fairly traded coffee through its eat-in, take-out, or catering services. Their scones, muffins, cookies, brownies, sticky buns, and doughnuts are baked in-house daily and made to delight. Replete with indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor patio, Seven Shores also offers a community room for group meeting and a communal quiet workspace.
With the directive as a community operation, Seven Shores strives to be generous, co-operative, creative, and people-oriented. They will also accommodate any dietary restrictions and allergies.
Roasted Bean Source
Social Coffee & Tea Co. You can find in the grinders the Farmer's Collective espresso. This choice gives a well balanced blend with a sweet, chocolaty, nutty flavour. For drip brews, they feature two coffees. Western Decadence is a smooth medium roast with subtle notes of fruit and chocolate. Imperialiste Noir is an organic French roast with a rich dark notes of nut and chocolate.
