About Mercury Cafe
The Mercury Cafe opened their doors in August 2015. They make all of their baked good in-house daily including their brown butter chocolate cookies, scones, and raspberry oat bars. They are best known for their roast beef sandwich. They purchase the eye of round season and roast it in-house and serve it with their garlic aioli and bread baked fresh daily. They offer daily specials made from scratch alongside our daily soup and quiche. They're also fully licensed to serve beer and wine which will become a greater focus in 2016.
Roasted Bean Source
Mercury Cafe sources their beans from local roaster, Smile Tiger Cafe. Their espresso is Thunderpeel Espresso. For drip, currently the light roast is Columbia and the dark roast is Nightmare Hippy Girl.
