About Monigram
Monigram opened their doors in August of 2013. They select coffees seasonally, roast them to carefully selected profiles, and look forward to sharing them with you in an intimate atmosphere inside a restored jewel of a heritage building. They also care about
tea, with a great range of loose leaf options. The full kitchen produces some delectable treats to accompany their drinks, and they also offer breakfast and lunch options.
Beyond their attention to detail when you visit, they offer beans for home use, as well an array of the most popular manual brewing equipment. They're happy to show you how their coffee will taste at home using any of the methods they recommend and sell.
Roasted Bean Source
In this case, there is an in-house roaster. Graham is his name and perfection is his game. The green beans are "truly globally sourced, ethically purchased, with either Direct Trade or Direct Trade certified. We’ll always have a great Yirg and Kenya, and feature various coffees from Nicaragua, Rwanda, Burundi, Colombia, Guatemala, Sulawesi, PNG, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, whatever’s good."
